Panos E. Vasiloudes, MD, PhD, FAAD, FAAP
Dr. Panos Vasiloudes is a native of Cyprus, an island in the Mediterranean Sea. He is board certified in Dermatology/Dermatologic Surgery and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Vasiloudes is triple board certified and holds a PhD as well.
Dr. Vasiloudes graduated from High School in Cyprus and studied Medicine at Philipps-University, Marburg, Germany. He did extensive science research in Germany and in Rockefeller University, New York. He received his PhD degree, "summa cum laude", from Philipps-University.
Dr. Vasiloudes completed intense clinical training extending over nine years. He studied at the University of Freiburg, Germany, Hahnemann University, Philadelphia and at the University of Colorado, Denver. He practices medical, surgical, aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology. He enjoys teaching and lecturing throughout the US and abroad. He is fluent in English, German and Greek.
Living in the Tampa Bay area, Dr. Vasiloudes, his wife and four children found a place to call home, bringing four generations together. They enjoy an active lifestyle with their parents, grandparents and great-grandparents.

David A. Lam, MD, FAAD, FASMS
Dr. David Lam completed his residency in dermatology and an internship in internal medicine at the University of Florida. During his final year, he was elected to the position of chief resident.
Dr. Lam has excelled in every phase of his education and has always been at or near the top of his class. He was valedictorian of his high school class in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He graduated summa cum laude from Western Kentucky University with a degree in chemistry and biology.
David Lam, MD received his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, graduating fourth in his class with summa cum laude distinction.
David Lam, MD is board certified by the American
Board of Dermatology, the American Society of Mohs
Surgery, and numerous other professional organizations.
Dr. Lam focuses on general medical and surgical dermatology
specializing in photo therapy and Mohs Micrographic
Surgery for skin cancer.

Susan L. Malane, DO, FAAD, MSN
Dr. Susan Malane, DO joined Academic Alliance in Dermatology in November of 2004. She brings a tremendous amount of experience to the practice and is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
Dr. Malane began her medical training at Wayne State University School of Nursing, graduating in 1971. After three years as a nurse with the US Air Force, Dr. Malane attended the University of Pennsylvania where she received her MSN as a Family Nursing Clinician after which she continued her military career at various bases throughout the United States and abroad. Dr. Malane again interrupted her military career to attend medical school, finishing with a dermatology residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC, in 1991.
Dr. Malane was Chief of Dermatology at Mac Dill
Air Force Base from 1994-2000. During this time she
joined the University of South Florida College of
Medicine as Assistant Clinical Professor staffing
a dermatology clinic at the James A Haley VA Hospital.
From August 2000 to September 2001, Dr. Malane served
as Deputy Commander of the 51st Medical Group in
the Republic of South Korea. She was affiliated with
Ajou University.
In February 2002, after retiring from the military, Dr. Malane joined the University of South Florida College of Medicine as a full-time Assistant Professor of Medicine, Division of Dermatology & Cutaneous Surgery, Department of Internal Medicine, Tampa, Florida.
Dr. Malane is active in a number of medical societies including Florida West Coast Society of Dermatology, Florida Society of Dermatology, American Academy of Dermatology, the Association of Military Physicians & Surgeons, as well as several osteopathic associations. Her areas of special interest and expertise include pediatric dermatology, tropical dermatology, cosmetics, skin cancer and autoimmune diseases.

Dr. Margaret A. Kelleher, MD, FAAD
Dr . Margaret Kelleher is a graduate of Florida State University
in Tallahassee and Hahnemann University School of
Medicine in Philadelphia. She is board certified
in both Internal Medicine and Dermatology, and is
a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Upon completion of an Internal Medicine residency
at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial
Hospital, she served as a clinical instructor of
medicine at the same institution and at the associated
Veteran’s Administration Hospital. She
furthered her training at All Children’s Hospital
in St. Petersburg where she completed a fellowship
year in Allergy and Clinical Immunology. In
this position she was responsible for the daily management
of allergic, immune suppressed, and bone-marrow transplant
patients, both children and adult.
Dr. Kelleher returned to Hahnemann University to serve
her Dermatology residency where she was chosen as Chief
Resident for her final year. During her residency,
Dr. Kelleher received training in medical, surgical,
and cosmetic dermatology. She cares for patients
with all dermatologic concerns and continues to have
a special interest in allergic and immune system related
conditions.

Paul T. Rose, MD, JD
Dr Paul Rose is a graduate of S.U.N.Y Downstate Medical Center where he received his MD degree. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Connecticut and subsequently completed a residency in Dermatology at Temple Skin and Cancer Hospital in Philadelphia.
Dr Rose specializes in cosmetic dermatology and dermatologic surgery, including liposuction, vein therapy and laser surgery, and is well known internationally for his work in the field of hair replacement and hair disorders. He has taught at the University of South Florida, Department of Dermatology. Over the years Dr. Rose has presented numerous lectures around the world and has demonstrated various surgical techniques. He has written numerous articles and chapters in texts including those regarding hair replacement and Mohs surgery.
Dr Rose currently serves on the Board of Governors and Executive Committee of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) and is the Immediate Past President of the ISHRS. He also serves on the Board of the International Society of Laser and Cosmetic Surgery and on the Executive Council of the American Society of Hair Restoration.

BRENT AGIN, MD
Brent Agin, MD completed his undergraduate
Degree at Michigan State University where he
received Academic All Big Ten Honors while
competing on the Men’s Soccer Team. He
continued his education at Michigan State
University and obtained his MD degree. Dr.
Agin moved to the sunshine state to complete
his residency training at the University of South
Florida. Dr. Agin was the founder of the Tampa
Bay areas first concierge medical practice where
he continued his passion for health and nutrition.
Dr. Agin is the founder of the TRIM Diet, a healthy
and all natural rapid weight loss program. Being
Board Certified in Family Practice allows Dr. Agin
to monitor his patients with health concerns
while losing and maintaining weight on the TRIM
Program. He enjoys nutrition and wellness
counseling and wrote the book, Healthy Aging
for Dummies that was published in January of 2008.

Jennifer E. Beamguard PA-C, MPAS
Ms. Jennifer Beamguard joined Academic Alliance in Dermatology in 2001 and specializes in female and pediatric as well as general and surgical dermatology. She provides expert medical counseling regarding the appropriate selection and use of cosmetic and aesthetic products.
She also performs numerous cosmetic procedures, including laser hair removal, chemical peels, and laser removal of age spots and facial spider vein's associated with rosacea. She attends multiple local and national meetings, keeping at the forefront of the rapidly expanding cosmetic arena.
Ms. Beamguard is a graduate of the physician assistant program at the University of Florida's School of Medicine, where she earned a master's in physician assistant studies. She also performed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, receiving a Bachelor's in Health Professions focusing on rehabilitative services and interdisciplinary sciences.

Mike D. Walker, PAC, MBA, MPAS
Mr. Mike Walker is a 1973 graduate of the Bowman Gray School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Mr. Walker's clinical experience includes Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Dermatology. During his tenure with Winston-Salem Health Care, working in the department of Internal Medicine, Mr. Walker accepted a position as Department Manager of Internal Medicine. During this time he returned to Wake Forest University, Babcock Graduate School of Management and obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
He returned to full time clinical medicine in 1998 as a Physician's Assistant in Dermatology, and has subsequently developed the diagnostic and surgical skills needed to be successful in this very specialized area of medicine. To enhance his skills in dermatology, he returned to the academic world and has earned a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies with emphasis in dermatology from the University of Nebraska.
Mr. Walker and his wife moved to the Tampa Bay area from North Carolina in the fall of 2001, and are very happy to have the opportunity to enjoy such a warm and friendly environment.

Karen Davis, PA-C
Ms. Karen Davis earned her Bachelor of Physician Assistant degree from Louisiana State University Medical Center in 1998. She also holds a Bachelors degree in Social Counseling from Holy Cross College in New Orleans.
Ms. Davis specializes in general, surgical, and cosmetic Dermatology. She is highly trained and skilled in the art of cosmetic procedures such as Botox and Restylane injections, laser therapy for skin rejuvenation, age spot, veins and hair removal, as well as performing chemical peels.
Ms Davis is a fellow member in good standing of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. She attends many national and regional meetings annually to further her clinical education and knowledge.

PATRICK DUFFY, PA-C
Patrick Duffy was born and raised in Newark,
Delaware. After high school, he attended
Wilmington University and Miami Dade College.
Mr. Duffy earned his bachelors degree in
Behavioral Science and also his Physician Assistant
degree.
Mr. Duffy joined Academic Alliance in Dermatology
And Image International Institute in December
Of 2007. He has been involved in the
Dermatology field for the last ten years. His
interests include both medical and cosmetic
Dermatology.
Mr. Duffy enjoys educating the community about

Pamela Mason, CCRA
Pamela Mason is a Certified Clinical Research Associate and joined Academic Alliance in Dermatology in 2006 as the Clinical Research Director. She provides consultations and is the liaison between investigators (the practice) and ancillary departments, research subjects, sponsoring organizations, and/or regulating bodies.
Ms. Mason’s expertise is in Clinical Trials. She has seven years of extensive research experience, including coordination of clinical trials in Tinea Pedis, Plaque Type Psoriasis, Allergy, Asthma, Bronchitis, Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, and CHF.
Ms. Mason serves as a Member on the Institutional Biosafety Committee in the Florida Region. She is also an active member of Socra Source and ACRP.
