Thanks for the opportunity to explain how much your office has helped our family. Stacy started breaking out as a freshman in high school. We went through many medications (topical and oral) over the years and the situation only got worse. Stacy went to four local dermatologists and was a very compliant patient. Nothing worked. A friend suggested visiting your office, as she suffered with acne as well. We went to the appointment with a list of all the medicines Stacy had tried over the years and the PA looked at Stacy and suggested she try Accutane. Stacy has just finished her 6th month and her skin is beautiful and we are so happy with the results.

As parents, we do all we can to help our children achieve academically and socially and with extra curricular activities. Imagine how sad it is to see our normally bubbly,happy girl become frustrated and sad because her skin was breaking out so bad. Stacy was getting scarring, her face hurt so much sometimes from cysts she missed class and she spent so much time covering up her skin so nobody would see. It hurt us so much to see her experience this and we would have done just about anything to help her solve this problem.

Stacy has never complained about having to come home from college once a month for her appointment. She's never complained about her very dry lips. She is so happy and relieved that her face is clearing up. She is no longer in pain and she no longer has to spend time and energy covering her face. Imagine our delight when the PA came in to see Stacy for our last appointment and gasped "Oh, my goodness, Stacy, your skin looks beautiful!!!" When the PA suggested Stacy do one more month on Accutane, Stacy said if she had to she'd do it for the rest of her life....

We have watched her come back to the old Stacy, happy, confident and not hiding behind hair and make-up. It has changed her life. The compassion and understanding your office has shown has been incredible. And speaking of offices, both offices run so efficiently we've NEVER had to wait for our appointment time. I know you probably say "of course not!" but of all the offices we have visited, we have ALWAYS waited LONG PERIODS of time....and didn't get results.
